How we handle your information
This page is maintained by Rogue Web Studio to answer common privacy and security questions about roguewebstudio.com. It is editable project content, not an independent certification or audit.

What we collect
The only personal information collected through this site is what you choose to submit through the contact form: your name, business name, email address, an optional website URL, the service you're interested in, and your message.
We do not run third-party advertising trackers or sell any information collected on this site.
How submissions are stored
Contact form submissions are sent over HTTPS to our backend and stored in a managed database. Only the site owner can read submissions; public visitors cannot.
After you submit the form, a notification email is sent to the site owner so we can reply to you. The reply-to address on that email is the address you provided.
Email notifications & unsubscribe
Transactional notifications are sent from notify.roguewebstudio.com using a verified sender domain. Every notification includes an unsubscribe link.
You can stop notifications at any time from the unsubscribe page.
Cookies & analytics
This site does not set marketing or advertising cookies. Essential cookies may be used by the underlying hosting platform to serve the page correctly.
Security practices
The site is served over HTTPS. The backend database uses row-level security so contact submissions are not readable by site visitors. Server credentials and API keys are stored as server-side secrets and are never exposed to the browser.
No system is perfectly secure. If you believe you've found a security issue, please email us at the address below so we can investigate.
Contact & data requests
For privacy questions, deletion requests, or security reports, email roguewebstudio@gmail.com. We'll respond as soon as we reasonably can.
